Perfect location, very friendly and helpfull staff, excellent kitchen.
We liked the location, close to the beach and the San Antonio town, although not a noisy area. We wnjoyed the activities the staff held, for the children, throughout the day. The pool area was large and clean, although quite busy all day. There was a small gym and a basketball court (however no balls!!) which was disappointing. The food in the restaurant was varied and we really enjoyed eating at the hotel.
We did not like the amount of ants in our room and when we asked for some assistance the male receptionist (German I think) was rather rude and unhelpful. We did not like the food at the snack bar. We stayed half board and I paid 5 euros for a very small portion of chips and a ham toastie. I thought this was unfair that the paying guests received the same kind of food as the all inclusive guests. The room was decorated to a very basic standard. We enjoyed our stay here, but had previously been staying in a 2* appartment in San Antonio and the room we had in the Azuline was almost the same as the hostel.
Good location, near the centre. Very good the service all inclusive and a good buffet in the restaurant. Room clean despite it was quite old structure and forniture. This hotel is good for young people that want enjoy their holiday.
When I booked the description in the website said a double room whit two beds use single and I paid for it, but actually it was a single room with one small bed! I had complained but not worth. I had to stay there. Still in the website is wrotten that the time to check-out was from 10.00 to 12.00, but was not true: at 11.00 I had to leave the room.
Staff very pleasent.Only had continental breakfast but was consitent with what I had had elsewhere.
Sound insulation in rooms very very poor (went out of season in April and full of Spanish Pensioners so not a big prblem but would not go back in full season if disturbed sleep would be a problem). No tea making facilities or hairdryers.
Everything was great. Throughly enjoyed this hotel. Would definitely go back again.
It is an old, (renovated) poor 3 star hotel. The restaurant (breakfast) is quite bad
the two pool area,s are excellent with ample sun loungers. although i did not use them the tennis courts, gym, football pitch and crazy golf where all available
sound proofing was non existent.food very basic
the room was clean, reception staff were very helpful and booked us a taxi more than once a day into San Antonio.
Yes, the food was unsuitable for vegetarians, the swimming pool had no water in it, there was no snack bar as advertised, did not appreciate the maid eating the food we had in our room and going through our bags! The location was terrible, not close to bars and shops, the bars that were there were closed as were the shops. We were the youngest and only English speaking during our stay, as the hotel was mainly booked for 65+ year old Spannish residents, therefore not happy that we were not informed that this may/would happen. Also not happy that Ibiza is closed at this time of year, this was unknown to a lot of people particularly young holidaymakers. There was only one socket in the hotel room, not good or safe being in the bathroom.
The hotel staff during the day especially were amazing. So helpful and always willing to answer our questions and help us out to the best of their ability. We had some challenges that arrose and the staff was attentive and quick in fixing our problems. The walls are thin in the hotel and our floor was noisy. One complaint and they moved us instantly to the 5th floor where it was more quiet. We are a mature (26 year old) couple and for what we were looking for we really enjoyed our stay. The buffet was plain but decent and it was good quality for the price.
The fact that everyone was British who was staying there. I like diversity and was hoping for a more cultural experience.
It is a good hotel but from October until end of April is looks home kear the majority were old people come to hotel. Because hotel have contract to spain government with 50 percent sabsecheut for old people. Over all it was fantastic hotel.
Good facility. And cline
The pools were nice.
It was more like an old home retreat than a hotel. I had a baby and my flight arrived late the man at the desk was not going to get me a baby cot. I was furious and finally he did deliver a baby cot. But the room was directly over the microphone area and my child could not sleep. I moved rooms the next night to the 5th floor and that was better. I have never seen so many elderly people partying in one place and the hotel catered to excursions for them but not other travelers. If you are not over 60 I would recommend somewhere else near the city.
was close to bars and beach, pools were fantastic, and staff were excellent.
Atention of laura, leonor ,antoni, guillermo, michael(bar chef) and veronica entertainment. I have a god time with all people .
My room ubication. fFRST 2º floor, than thei chanhed me to 5º floor, but I like more swimming pool and sea sihgt.
I´ve been there for 1 week and the facilities are good enough and the staff very friendly. Rooms are good and clean and the foods as well.
Wireless, you have to pay for use the wi fi signal, Bar is closed at 11pm.
It is not far from the San Antonie city center. Cleaning of room and staff is good.
But our room was near the elevator and so it was really noisy.
